I didn't know what TV shows I was missing until TIVO came into my home. All I had to do was tell TIVO which shows I liked after watching them. Then the neatest thing started to happen, TIVO started searching for additional shows I might enjoy watching. Now, when nothing is on, I check to see what TIVO may have recorded personally for me.

I dream, I weep, I smile, I yearn for HD all day. It's like an addiction that only TiVo HD can cure. My DVR mocks me with it's puny memory, and putzy quality. They say that there's some HD for everyone out there, but I'm starting to lose faith. When is it MY turn for a DVR to record my favorite shows in brilliant HD. When!? Lovable, late-night TV junkie has discovered HD & can't go back! Looking for another with similar interests. Must have lots of time for watching & re-watching, be committed to quality & features, & must easily get along with all my other tech stuff. I have been adopting TIVO's for 7 years. As my TIVO's grow up & retire, a hole is left under my 42" display. The TIVO I adopt will have the best I can provide including it's own shelf, broadband access, and an HD Slingbox so even when we're away from home, we can keep in touch. It will never be exposed to inappropriate material, but will have a variety of recordings, so it will never be bored.
